Car park 2 it so convenient and only a 2 minute walk to the terminal. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have used this park at various times when I am travelling.

Q3 Did not interact with the car park staff, just punched in our email code number, collected our ticket and found a car park space. On return, got into our car, drove to the barrier and pushed in our ticket which raised the barrier. Only small transfer buses from car park to airport back to car park, so walked to airport and car park without waiting for the buses to arrive. Need bigger buses like the Silver Zone at Bristol.

putting ticket to come out of carpark it stated we owed £105.we had paid in advance but this apparently did not show on the ticket.talking to attendant in the office he said our car had not been registered as we entered the park. our name and details were on his list so posed no problem.but not good when you think you are just going to put ticket in and the barrier will let you out,and cars start beeping behind you.!!!!

WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR CAR AT THE LAST MINUTE AND HAD TO TAKE A REPLACEMNT. THE STAFF QUICKLY AMENEDED THE DETAILS AND VALIDATED MY TICKET THERE AND THEN AT 5AM, NO FUSS OR BOTHER
