Park and Fly operate a secured car park with fencing, 24 hour security patrols and infra red covering the perimeter.

Transfers

This is Meet and Greet parking so no transfers are required.

Arrival Procedure

Make the booking and confirm times. The customer must call car park 24 hours before to confirm meet time and place with us. (if no call is made we will not be there to meet you.) You will be met at time requested if running late / early we will do our best to accommodate. Our driver will be wearing high visibility yellow jacket and have a red folder in his hand with customer details inside.Please note if you miss your slot we will try to accommodate your new time but we cannot guarantee this.

Return Procedure

You will be given full instructions regarding return procedures upon arrival.

Parking Procedure

Your car is driven to a secure car park 2.5 miles away from Edinburgh Airport. The maximum mileage expected will be 5 miles.

Additional Information

Park and Fly will only pay for the first 15 minutes car parking on arrival and departure at the short stay car park (first floor multi story). Park & Fly no longer accept Vans, motor homes, caravans or any vehicle with more than six passengers.

Please note: Its important you call Park & Fly Meet & Greet 24 hours prior to departure. And you will be met by a member of Park And Flys staff wearing a high viz yellow jacket and will have a red folder.

Disabled Access

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
