Arrival Procedure
Drive up to the machine at the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and a ticket will be automatically issued. Keep this ticket safe as you will need it upon your return. If a ticket is not automatically dispensed, press the 'Assistance' button and confirm your booking details. A ticket will then be issued by the operator. Keep this ticket safe as it will be needed on your return.
Return Procedure
A regular transfer bus serves the Shuttle Car Parks with buses departing from the Bus Interchange. On collecting your luggage, please proceed to the Arrivals area and follow the walkway between the Airport Information Desk and SPAR shop to the Bus Interchange.
Exiting the car park: Please ensure you have your entry ticket to hand. Proceed straight to the exit barrier, insert your ticket and the barrier should raise automatically. Please do not insert your credit or debit card into the barrier or a further payment will be taken.
Parking Procedure
This car park is a self-park facility where you park your own vehicle and retain your keys.
Additional Information
Please note bookings cannot be amended or cancelled at this car park.
Those customers who normally choose to drop off their passengers in our Short Stay car park before parking their vehicles in the car park that has been booked are asked to note that new drop off arrangements and charges are now in place so please look for the dedicated Drop Off lane at the Short Stay entrance.
Disabled Access
Dedicated spaces are available within our short stay car park to blue badge holders for any duration of stay.

Mr Brothwell said "The bus shelters are not suitable when arriving as we did, on a cold rainy day. You will get wet and cold whilst waiting for the bus to arrive. Also take note of the bus shelter number for the return journey, as when returning after dark you will have a long walk to your car if you get off at the wrong bus stop. An improvement would be for the bus driver to advise passengers of the next bus stop number on late night return journey's."
