It was not the first time when I parked my car on Essential Travel Car Parking. As always I am more that glad about the service which one was provided by ECP. Easy to find, good transfer services, highly recommended.

unfortunately arrived home in a thunder storm so very wet.NO TRANSFER NEEDED FOR CARPARK 2, did not see carpark staff so marked as neutral.

Have been abroad many times this year I always park at Long stay 1. It is such a short walk to the Departure Terminal at East Midlands airport. Essential Travel don't any add any credit card fees or a booking fee which makes the price even better. I would strongly recommend you to try it, you wont be disappointed!

Car not recognised on arrival so was asked to pay for parking on departure. Had to wait several minutes at barrier for assistance call to be answered, not what you need after a flight when you are tired and hungry. Had the same problem previously, this needs sorting.

USED LONG STAY 1 AT EAST MIDLANDS AIRPORT. EASY WALKING DISTANCE TO TERMINAL EASY TO FIND AN AVAILABLE SPACE. NO PROBLEMS WITH THE AUTOMATED CHECK IN. HAVE USED THIS MANY TIMES NOW AND HAVE BEEN PLEASED EVERY TIME. A COUPLE OF TIMES THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM READING THE LICENCE PLATE BUT AN ATTENDANT QUICKLY SOLVED THE PROBLEM. GOOD SYSTEM

Saw no people, but helpful when needed on the intercom. Yet again, automatic number plate recognition didn't work and there was no record of our booking on the car park system, so had a lot of worry for the time we were away wondering if we were going to be hammered with a huge bill as has happened before. (money was reimbursed by car park firm later). Dont know why this should be, but suspect its something to do with booking through Essential Travel.

Although it seems a good distance from the terminal the few minutes closer car parks would save are insignificant in my view, after all you are on holiday and the plane wont set off any earlier. The money saved is better spent on the holiday.

When we arrived at the booked car park we found it to be full ! - However, we were directed to their second car park next door, where, after buzzing for assistance, we were asked to take a ticket and although they could not find our booking we were assured it would be OK on return. I have to admit to panicking about extra charges when we got back, but didn't think there was anything I could do then. Sure enough on our return when we got to the barrier and entered the card the machine asked for an extra £90+ !! --- BUT, and it's a big BUT, the what made me pleased was the professional way the issue was handled when I buzzed for assistance - our details were checked and the barrier was opened without any drama or arguments - TOP MARKS for customer assistance to the guy at the other end !

The company were fast efficient and made every effort to make it a stress free experience. This is the second time I have used meet & greet and even though they were in temporary accommodation on the site, the whole experience could not have been better. Highly delighted and would definitely recommend to others.

Ticket did npt pick up that I had booked/pre-paid although the attendant on the intercom found the booking easily. Markings/directions in the car park, particulalry upon entrance are pretty poor, lack of arrow system and advice of where available spaces were.

The whole experience from initial booking to arriving and subsequent departure from airport was 'extremely easy'. I've used Essential Travel on a number on occasions and never had a cues for complaint. I look forward to booking with them again next time.
