Arrival Procedure

Follow signs for the multi-storey car park. The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking. You should bring your booking confirmation with you. Drive up to the entry barrier. The machine will read and recognise your car registration number. The barrier will lift. Park your car in any space from level 3A upwards and transfer to the port. If the barrier does not lift, press the button and quote your booking reference number.

Return Procedure

Drive to the exit barrier. The barrier will read your number plate and will open. If the barrier does not lift, press the button and quote your booking reference number.

This car park is a self-park facility where you park your own vehicle and retain your keys.

Additional Information

If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park's standard daily rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, you will not be given a refund. If you need help with anything, you can call a member of staff using the help button at the ticket machine.

Disabled Access

Disabled parking bays can be found on the first two floors of the Multi Storey Car Park. Pre-booked customers will have their vehicle registration numbers entered into the Automatic Number Pate Recognition system (ANPR), so please ensure you provide the correct registration number details on booking. If you have any difficulties with this facility, press the help button and you will be connected directly through to another office for assistance.

Higher Rate Disability Allowance Parking: If you receive Higher Rate Disability Living Allowance, you may park in the reserved car parking bays in a specially designated car park, which is ideal for wheelchair users. When you first use this car park, you will need to show proof that you qualify for the Higher Rate Allowance at the Pass Office in the Travel Centre. Our staff will then issue you with an R badge to display on your dashboard that will permit you to enter and use the car park for subsequent visits.
