The fully alarmed building is regularly patrolled by Dover Harbour Police. Parking is at owners risk, subject to printed terms and conditions which are available at the port.

Arrival Procedure

On arrival, go to the cruise parking reception and hand in your printed voucher (or quote booking reference). Porters will assist you with luggage whilst the driver is directed to a parking bay. No transfer is required as parking is within walking distance of the cruise terminal.

Return Procedure

No transfers. Porters will assist you to your car.

This car park is a self-park facility where you park your own vehicle and retain your keys.

Additional Information

If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park's standard daily rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, you will not be given a refund.

Disabled Access

Disabled parking bays can be found on the first two floors of the Multi Storey Car Park. Pre-booked customers will have their vehicle registration numbers entered into the Automatic Number Pate Recognition system (ANPR), so please ensure you provide the correct registration number details on booking. If you have any difficulties with this facility, press the help button and you will be connected directly through to another office for assistance.

Higher Rate Disability Allowance Parking: If you receive Higher Rate Disability Living Allowance, you may park in the reserved car parking bays in a specially designated car park, which is ideal for wheelchair users.

When you first use this car park, you will need to show proof that you qualify for the Higher Rate Allowance at the Pass Office in the Travel Centre. Our staff will then issue you with an R badge to display on your dashboard that will permit you to enter and use the car park for subsequent visits.
