Summary
Affordable, convenient and secure - Airparks Cardiff provide a fantastic service designed to make your airport arrivals as cost effective, efficient and simple as possible. Simply arrive at the car park, park your car and board the short transfer directly to the Terminal. On your return, take the same short transfer bus straight back to the car park.

Airparks is fenced and floodlit and has 24-hour patrols and CCTV. Parking is always at the vehicle owner's own risk.

Journey Time: 3 minutes (0.7 mile)
Arrival Procedure
On arrival at Airparks Cardiff, park in one of the marked bays and report to Airparks reception. You will now be able to experience the fast track check-in service, eliminating the queues at reception by using our new computer check in point. Alternatively, please present your printed email confirmation or quote your booking reference, then hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you while you transfer to the airport.
Return Procedure
When you are leaving the terminal just follow the pedestrian walkway and zebra crossings across the drop-off lanes in front of the airport, and make your way down the steps to the Airparks bus stop and shelter. The bus runs every half an hour.
Once you are back at the car park, head to the check-out building to the left of the bus shelter. At one of the machines, scan the barcode on your key collection ticket. The machine will tell you where your car is parked, and your car keys will be returned. Then you can just collect your car and head home. If you have any problems, just press the assistance button - there will always be a member of staff on hand to help you.
If you come back from holiday earlier than planned, please give the car park a call so they can get your car ready for you.

Additional Information
Airparks cannot accept bookings for minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers, even if multiple spaces are booked. The maximum vehicle height allowed is 2.1m (7 feet).
Disabled Access
All Airparks buses have disabled access. If you require assistance once you have reached the drop off point at the airport, please press the help button located next to Airparks Bus Stop.

Mr Spellman said "EXCELLENT SERVICE BOTH TO THE AIRPORT AND UPON OUR RETURN - THE ONLY NIGGLE I HAD WAS THAT I CROSSED MY FINGERS COMING BACK TO THE AIRPORT AND WAS GLAD NOT TO SEE IT RAINING AS THE PICK UP POINT WAS FURTHER THAN I EXPECTED"
