The parking compound is manned 24 hours. The compound is fully secure with high fencing and full CCTV. This car park is regularly inspected by the Police to ensure safety.

Transfers

This is Meet and Greet parking so no transfers are required.

Arrival Procedure

Please call our team of chauffeurs when you are 10 minutes away from the airport and your chauffeur will then be dispatched to meet you at outside the departures. It is important if you are running late or early that you call to give as much notice as possible. On arriving at the airport, follow signs for drop off point, and on entering the drop off point, stay in the right hand lane to go through the barrier sign posted maximum stay 10 minutes.

Return Procedure

Just simply call the chauffeur hot line only when you have collected your luggage, and you will be met at the pick up point with your vehicle. When you collect your car from the pick up point on return from your holiday there is a fee of £1 to exit the drop off car park. The maximum stay is 10 minutes. A prepaid exit ticket will be left on your dash board by the chauffeur for your convenience on exiting the drop off area. If you go over the 10 minutes maximum stay, you'll be required to pay the additional fee to exit the airport car park.

Parking Procedure

Your car is driven to a secure car park. Average mileage expected is 2 miles, maximum of 8 miles at busy periods when your car needs to be driven to a off site car park.

Additional Information

These bookings cannot be cancelled or amended. If there is a change in your arrival or departure time to that specified in your booking, please advise us of your change of plans and giving as much notice as possible or a minimum of 1 hour. This is to help us to ensure that we have a chauffeur waiting for you. Failure to do so may risk a slight delay to your car parking arrangements.

Waiting time: As long as arrival and return procedures are followed correctly waiting time should not be longer than 5 minutes.

Disabled Access

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
