Security
Cars are either stored On-Airport or at Airparks Services, both of which are a fully fenced floodlit site with 24 hour patrols and CCTV.

Transfers
This is Meet and Greet parking so no transfers are required.
Arrival Procedure
Please call the number provided on your confirmation ten minutes before you arrive at the airport. Drive to the Drop and Go car park, take a ticket from the barrier and park in the bay near to the tall lamp post located in the centre of the Car Park where you will be met by a Aardvark driver.
Return Procedure
After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call the number provided on your confirmation. Return to the Drop and Go car park by the tall lamp post to collect your car.
Parking Procedure
Your car will be taken to a secure compound near Birmingham airport by a Aardvark Meet and Greet representative.
Additional Information
Bookings for this car park cannot be amended or cancelled.
Please note: Aardvark Meet and Greet are unable to accept mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or high-sided vehicles at Birmingham.
Disabled Access
The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
