Once through customs and baggage collection you will be required to phone Karl Car Park (number provided in your booking confirmation). You will be instructed where to meet the free courtesy bus for transfer back to their car.
Important Information
All customers must pay £2.00 on arrival as part of Airport Authority Fees. Remember to turn up in plenty of time to tranfer to the terminal and check in before your flight's gate closes.
Disabled Access
Unfortunately Karl Parking is not as equipped to accommodate wheelchair users as much as they would like to be. The mini bus is not able to fit a person and their wheelchair into the mini bus together, so it would mean being helped onto the bus and your chair transferred separately with the luggage if this is possible. Disabled bays will not need to be allocated as disabled customers can be collected from and returned to right beside where they have parked their car. Additionally, there is a disabled toilet on site at the car parks office.
