Arrival Procedure

On arrival customers should check in at Reception with a copy of the Booking Confirmation. Once they have done so they will then be shown where to park. Having parked and secured their vehicle the Free Courtesy Bus will take them to the Airport.

An additional AIRPORT LEVY of £2.00 per Booking will be payable on arrival at the Car Park on ALL Bookings.

Return Procedure

On their return customers should call KARL Airport Parking on 028 9442 5603 AFTER they have collected their luggage AND AFTER they have passed through Customs (if applicable). Customers will then be told which pickup point they have to go to and the Free Courtesy Bus will collect them from there.

Parking Procedure

This car park is a self-park facility where you park your own vehicle and retain your keys.

Additional Information

Car Park surface is either Concrete or Tarmac. An additional AIRPORT LEVY of £2.00 per Booking will be payable on arrival at the Car Park on ALL Bookings.

Disabled Access

Unfortunately Karl Parking is not as equipped to accommodate wheelchair users as much as they would like to be. The mini bus is not able to fit a person and their wheelchair into the mini bus together, so it would mean being helped onto the bus and your chair transferred separately with the luggage if this is possible. Disabled bays will not need to be allocated as disabled customers can be collected from and returned to right beside where they have parked their car. Additionally, there is a disabled toilet on site at the car parks office.
