Returning to the car park at night with a full bus is very tricky with different customers calling out at the same time where their cars are, usually in different parts of the car park . Getting cases off from the jumble in the back of the bus is also difficult in the dark. could the cases be loaded according to the part of the car park cars are parked in ?

Unfortunately we did not take note of the area in which our car was parked, which resulted in the driver having to spend more time than he would have wished trying to locate it in the dark. Lesson learned.
